Stevia and erythritol are both natural sweeteners that occur directly in nature and are not made synthetically. Our ideal mixing ratio has the advantage that the same sweetening power is generated as with sugar. This means that our Erythritol+Stevia can replace sugar 1:1 in existing recipes. In addition, it does not cause tooth decay, is ideal for diabetics and can be easily combined with a health-conscious (low-carb) diet due to its naturalness.
In our unique production process, the erythritol and stevia are already mixed together in the liquid state. As a result, the typical stevia aftertaste is absent and the slightly cooling effect of the erythritol is significantly reduced. The sweetness of the end product erythritol + stevia is much more homogeneous than if both products were mixed together in a dry state.
