Protein bread with phosphatidylcholine
What does the phosphatidylcholine do to the bread?
The bread can be cut very thin and still thickly topped, but remains nice and crispy.
Ingredients:

250gr Magerquark
50gr neutral protein powder
100g spelled flour
100g oatmeal tender
15gr flaxseed
1 heaped tsp salt
1 packet of baking powder
1 level teaspoon of phosphatidylcholine

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together using a rubber glove, form a loaf of bread and bake at 175 degrees for 45 minutes.
