High Protein - Raspberry Quark Bowl with rapeseed lecithin

150gr raspberries
125g low-fat curd
200ml milk (alternatively soy or oat milk)
15g protein powder (tasteless)
1 Banana
1 tsp oat flakes
1 tsp hemp seeds
1TL Rapslecithin

Mix the raspberries, milk, low-fat curd and protein powder well in a blender and put into a bowl. Then add the banana, the oat flakes and the hemp seeds and you're done.
