High Protein - Raspberry Quark Bowl with rapeseed lecithin
Ingredients:
150 grams of raspberries
125gr low-fat quark
200ml milk (alternatively soy or oat milk)
15gr protein powder (tasteless)
1 Banana
1 teaspoon oatmeal
1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
1TL Rapslecithin
Preparation:
Mix the raspberries, milk, low-fat quark and protein powder well in a blender and place in a bowl. Then add the banana, the oatmeal and the hemp seeds, done.
