High Protein - Raspberry Quark Bowl with rapeseed lecithin
150 grams of raspberries
125gr low-fat quark
200ml milk (alternatively soy or oat milk)
15gr protein powder (tasteless)
1 teaspoon oatmeal
1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
