What is the lecithin doing to the soup?
The soup becomes creamier, smoother and due to the emulsifier function, all the ingredients combine better with each other.

Ingredients for 6 servings:
300gr Rice
1 large red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 Pepperoni
250g vegan minced meat
1 Dose Kidneybohnen
1 Dose Corn
1 can of chickpeas
650 ml of tomato passata, yellow
750ml of water
2 THE Öl
2 tsp salt
1 TL Pfeffer
1 TL Chillipulver
1 tsp paprika powder
10gr Rapslecithin

Preparation:
Cut the onions, garlic and peppers into small pieces, sauté with the minced meat and olive oil. Then deglaze with the tomato passata and the water, add the rice and spices and simmer for 20 minutes. Now add the lecithin to make the soup nice and creamy.
