Use:
Our soy lecithin granules (non-GMO and a purely natural product) mixed with strawberries are particularly recommended for children over the age of 4, young people, athletes, professionals, the elderly and all health-conscious people.
Our granules are particularly rich in high-quality phospholipids. Phospholipids are functional components of the biomembranes and are therefore present in every cell in the body.
As a natural source of choline, our lecithin contributes to normal homocysteine and lipid metabolism and to maintaining normal liver function. Furthermore, our lecithin contains essential, polyunsaturated fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself. Supplementing the diet with our granulated fruit mix is therefore also recommended as part of a cholesterol-conscious diet.
