Our granules are tasteless, fine-grained, and highly soluble, making them ideal for mixing into muesli, smoothies, desserts, or dips. Its emulsifying properties support baking and cooking, for example, creating firm foam or light bread dough. Sunflower lecithin is also ideal for making chocolate. Sunflower lecithin is gluten-free and vegan (no carriers or flavor enhancers).
